We bought several ARC 315 machines of your company in June 1996, and they
were broken in 2001. The professional technician said the control long board was
broken which model is RM3154. Is there any similar board in your company? If not, if
it can be replaced with your current control long board, and how to replace? |

The board mentioned was produced by our company in June 1996, and now we have improved the
technology, model is B-KZB400. If the board is replaced, the machine should be tested again:1¡¢Refer to the attached picture, correctly put on the connecting cable, and weld
the resistance of protection spot.
2¡¢Connect the subsidiary power source DC520V.
3¡¢Turn the current to the minimum volume, Adjust R1 to make the meter show the
same volume as the smallest current at the panel.
4¡¢Turn the current to max volume, adjust the resistant to 10K to make the meter
show the same volume as the biggest volume at the panel.
5¡¢Adjust the resistance r, make the voltage to 395V.
6¡¢Adjust the short current to rated volume.
7¡¢Turn the short current to max volume, Adjust the resistance R6 to rated max
current.
8¡¢Adjust resistance R2, when circuit is short, the force is up to 100A.
9¡¢Make sure current protection is normal. |

We bought TIG180s from your company, when we turn on machine, the fan wheel a
while and then stop, the power indicator is lit, not welding output, O.C light is not lit.

Input voltage is too high or too low which cause over voltage protection and less voltage protection.
Please make sure input power is normal and after 5 minutes restart it. |

2¡¢Stick quality is not good.
3¡¢Surface of stick get weared, polish it.
4¡¢Output cable is over bended.
5¡¢Torch cable is too long, please change the HF capacitance from 102/10KV to
202/10KV. |
